Clarity Go is cloud-based software – like Netflix and Gmail. Your data is stored on Clarity Go's servers, which are hosted in UK Fast's secured building in Manchester. UK Fast are one of the UK's leading hosting providers. You can see a specification of their data centre here: www.ukfast.co.uk/data-centres-infrastructure.html Access to Clarity Go's server is protected by a dedicated hardware firewall, which is maintained separately to our servers.
All customer connections to Clarity Go are encrypted using the latest SSL technology, ensuring that all data passed between you and the server cannot be read or interfered with by a third-party. This happens when you use the application in your browser, when data is passed back and forth in the sync to Clarity Pro in your office, and when using any other third-party integrations.
All access to your data in Clarity Go is accessed via a secure login, which can be reset by you at any time. User passwords are hashed and individually salted, meaning even if the database is compromised, no-one can gain access to your password, including us. Administrative access to Clarity Go's servers can only be made using secure encrypted connections, using passwords known only by a select handful of dedicated engineers working at Touch Systems' offices, and which are routinely changed.
Regular backups of all data held within Clarity Go is taken for the purposes of disaster recovery. There is a 28-day retention policy for data used for the purposes of activating the sync, after which this data is removed. We reserve the right to access your data in Clarity Go for the purposes of diagnosing issues.
We have a dedicated support team, on hand to give you any help you need from 7.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 3pm on Fridays. Just give them a call on +44 (0)121 248 2448. Yep. We have live chat available both on the Clarity Go website – and within Clarity Go software itself. Using Clarity Go on a PC, Mac or Laptop:
- Again, you’ll need Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
- On Android tablets, the device resolution must be at least 1024x768, and the version of the browser you are using must be within the last 6 months.
- On iOS tablets, you must be running iOS 11 or above.
Using Clarity Go on a tablet:
- Clarity Go is available on the App Store for iPhones. You will need to use iOS 11 or above.
Using the Clarity Go mobile app:
Extremely easy. There’s no installation or manual upgrades to do. Simply open up Clarity Go in your browser, set up your account with your business details, add some customer details and start building quotes. That’s it.
We offer two tariffs, Go Standard and Go Premium. Go Standard is priced at £30 per month for the first user and Go Premium is priced at £50 per month for the first user. There is a reduction in price for 2-4 users and a further reduction for 5+ users on both tariffs.

You can complete any CRM and activities actions on the mobile map, such as: add, edit and search contact details and schedule calls, meetings and tasks.
